My Chinese zodiac is the tiger, or "Hu" (pronounces "hoo") in Chinese, and that is integrated into the name of our clinic. I graduated from medical school planning on becoming a doctor. Through clinical training, I realized that chasing diseases didn't fit me. I wanted to be a part of preventative care through alternative means. Acupuncture was that choice for me. I wanted to help people care for themselves, so they would not have to rely on medicine, medical treatments, and surgeries. My passion is to keep your body maintained to prevent the damage from happening. Through acupuncture, herbs, and Tai Chi, I hope to give you balance and energy. I have a passion for Tui Na (Chinese massage) and Tai Chi. That is why I have chosen to specialize in pain and general health support.

My Chinese zodiac is the dragon, or "Long" (pronounced "l-oh-ng") in Chinese, and that is integrated into the name of our clinic. My passion for acupuncture came from a family history. My dad graduated from the same school, and he is currently practicing in Silverdale, WA. I helped him in his clinic: answering phones, scheduling patients, cleaning the treatment rooms, organizing orders, etc.. I would get treatments, and they worked for me. While finishing at my community college, it occured to me that I knew what I wanted to do; I wanted to be an acupuncturist. I attended Bastyr University, and I trained under many great acupuncturists. Through Dr. Rosey (Xin Dong) Ma, my passion for fertility and women's health blossomed. I absolutely love what I do. When I was younger, acupuncture was my major support for women's health issues. I specialize in women's health and fertility because I have seen what acupuncture and herbs did for me, and it is my goal to bring that to every person that comes to our clinic.
